Formal Photographs
As you have seen in the many examples of my work, I do not do many overly posed photographs on your wedding day. However it is important to have some casually posed images with your close friends and family on this important occasion. I will usually take these photos immediately following the ceremony. In order to make the process less time consuming and confusing for all parties involved I would appreciate your help in the selection of your formal groupings. It is very important that you consider time restraints when adding to the list of formal photographs. You can estimate an average of 3-4 minutes per grouping. It is very important that everyone who is in the formal groupings be ready to begin the session at the stated time. In order to be efficient please be sure to communicate this to all those who you would like to participate. If you wish to add extended family to the formals I recommend taking one large groom side/groom side shot as opposed to large numbers of smaller groupings. I will photograph the family first, then the bridal party, then dismiss everyone to the cocktail hour while I photograph the couple.
Formal Groupings
Please list the family and friend groupings you would like photographed. If possible please include name and relationship.
TIMELINE/CEREMONY/RECEPTION DETAILS
I will usually start the preperation photos 2 hour before the cermony. This allows me to shoot both the groom's preparing. I would like to try to get the groom shaving, doing hair, getting dressed etc. Plan on the preparation photos to take an hour to an hour and a half. After the the prep is finished I will take photos of the groom's individually and with their respective parties. If you plan on seeing one another before the ceremony I will start 3 hours before the ceremony to allow time for prep/bridal party pictures/individual couple photos.

Please describe menu including any signature drinks and dessert
please note...i need to eat on the wedding day. :) It is ideal and most effecient to be served as close as possible (time wise) to your meals, that way i am eating while you are eating and will be able to photograph when you are ready to mingle and dance
